When ordering a sample it is the cost of the item, plus a $10 service charge, plus freight.

Samples are a final sale.

Our Acrylic Display items are manufactured in the USA .
Items are manufactured on a daily basis.
For out of stock items there is a 10-14 day lead time to manufacture.

Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Credit Card Processing.

When you provide a credit card for payment, you are providing an Authorization to Display It llc to process your payment and complete the transaction. The payment will be held as pending until your order has shipped. Your Authorization will remain valid for up to 30 Days. If your payment requires a currency conversion, the exchange rate (which includes a Currency Conversion Fee) will be determined at the time Display It llc processes your payment and completes the transaction.

  • For open account terms we accept a visa/mc/amex credit card to authorize in order to bill net/30.
    Credit card is charged if payment is not made within 30 days.
  • Special Orders and Custom Orders require a 2/3rd non-refundable deposit and are a final sale.Balance ships net/30 with credit card authorization.
  • Foreign orders ship prepaid by wire transfer and are a Final Sale.
    A credit card on file is required for payment for all freight/duties/taxes
    charged to us after the shipment.

Returns:
Call us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Authorization Number.
(RMA#)

Authorized returns have a 30% restocking fee.

"Ship To" Freight is not refundable.

Returned goods must be unused and packaged in original cartons and packing material and shipped prepaid with return number within 3 days of receipt
of merchandise.

Credit is subject to inspection by our receiving department.

No other returns are accepted.

Custom/Special/Volume/Foreign orders are a Final Sale.

Claims:

Please open all boxes immediately.
We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise
and the following procedures must be followed or claim will be invalid.

For ALL deliveries: If a box appears damaged when you receive it,
have the driver note this on the delivery record at the time of delivery.
If damaged merchandise is discovered after you open the boxes,
call us immediately to put in a damage report.
Save the box and all packing materials for the carrier to inspect the damage.

We will file the claim and send you a replacement unless you would prefer a credit.

If you need a replacement before we receive the carrier credit,
then we will charge you for the replacement and credit you
when the carrier (UPS/Fedex/Truck) credits us.

Shipping:

FOB: warehouse direct.
We charge the actual freight cost plus a $3 handling fee.

We are happy to use your Fedex or UPS account for shipping.
All orders have a $3 handling fee.

Foreign Orders ship collect or on your account.

Lead Time:

Orders will normally ship out 3 -4 business days
from your order date for in stock items.
10-14 days for items in production.
